Resolute Digital named one of Best Companies to Work for in New York State

We are happy to announce that Resolute Digital has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State for 2017.

To be considered for recognition, a thorough survey was conducted to rate employee satisfaction and engagement, which included workplace practices, policies and benefits. In addition to this survey, a third party evaluation was conducted to review benefits at Resolute. Employee benefits include: fully reimbursed employee healthcare options, gym memberships, 15 week maternity leave, free office food & snacks, frequent agency events, and fully paid short term disability, to name a few.

In our surveys, we observed common threads of positive feedback. Employees reported that Resolute has good work/life balance in a hard working, collaborative, and talented environment. They also mentioned the strong company culture, and a solid balance between teamwork and individual work. Employees are proud of their work and the environment is fun and culturally inclusive. They agree there is opportunity to grow and advance within the agency, have visibility and involvement with senior management, and have even been overheard saying; “It’s a family.”

With the recent years of significant growth, we’ve added numerous new accounts, new team members, and have expanded our service offerings. During this process, we also received constructive criticism for improving the agency. We’re taking these under consideration and will be looking to make those improvements which continue to better the company. Resolute Digital is one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State and we’re always striving to be better.

Resolute Digital will be honored at the official awards dinner on April 29th, where we will learn our ranking among the 46 companies in the category for small/medium employers with 15 to 249 U.S. employees.
