Resolute maintains two first class, fully redundant managed hosting infrastructures, with our primary datacenter located in Secaucus, NJ and our grid-based backup datacenter in Austin, TX. We are not in the hosting business, and only offer managed hosting to our clients, and only host what we build.

In short, we know that getting the best performance out of your site requires access to the entire stack – everything from hardware selection, bandwidth providers, operating system configuration, and web server configuration, through application design and coding. We don't just throw your site up on some servers and forget it.

Resolute owns and operates over 75 servers for our clients, with 24x7 Server and service monitoring on at least 10 data points per server as well as several application-specific data points, using our customized Nagios portal. Our monitoring includes email and SMS notifications, 3 levels of escalation, regular scheduled maintenance, a written SLA guarantee, and a current overall uptime of 99.991% overall. Our datacenter is manned 24x7x365. Our entire infrastructure is designed for speed and reliability, with no single point of failure in the infrastructure, and automated Backup, Failover, and Redundancy throughout.
